Joe Hoffman (aka “Cowtown Joe”) is the Program Director of the Super Heroes for Doa’a Program, the President of Joe’s Cowtown Foundation, and the Owner and Founder of Joe’s Cowtown Photos.
Joe is also a former staff member for former US Representative Dennis Moore (KS-03), where Joe had the honor of serving on both Congressman Moore’s congressional and campaign staffs. It was while Joe was working with Representative Moore that he was able to help out Doa’a for the first time, when she was not yet two years old.
Joe is an alumnus of the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) in Kansas City, Missouri, where he earned with honors and distinction Bachelors of the Arts and Sciences degrees in both Political Science and Spanish. Joe is also an alumnus of Johnson County Community College (JCCC)in Overland Park, Kansas, where he earned with honors an Associate of the Arts degree.
Also, during his college career, Joe had the opportunity to study the Spanish language and Mexican history and culture at la Universidad de las Americas (University of the Americas) in Puebla, Mexico and at la Universidad Veracruzana (University of Veracruz) in Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico.
Joe is also an alumnus of Bishop Miege High School in Roeland Park, Kansas, and of St. Pius X Grade School in Mission, Kansas.
Joe is a life-long lover of Marvel comics and the pop culture. And he’s working to put his love for the comic book culture to good use in the Super Heroes for Doa’a Program that he’s created through his charity to help Doa’a Al-Dalou and lots of kids like her around the world who cannot receive the medical care that they need to have where they live.
Through this program, Joe will work to help these kids travel to the United States so that they can obtain the medical assistance they need to receive.
And through this program, Joe will help pay for all expenses associated with the kids and members of their family traveling to the United States so that the kids can receive medical treatments.
