Thanks everybody for helping make the Joe's Cowtown Photos event that was held last Sunday November 4 to help benefit the International Anti-Poaching Foundation (IAPF) and their works to help animals survive in Africa into a big success!
It was great to see the large outpouring of support from members of my family, friends, and folks from the general public who came out to HJ's Community Center in Kansas City, Missouri last Sunday afternoon.
There was a steady stream of foot-traffic through the event site all day long, and thanks to the awesome folks who purchased my photo-related products and raffle tickets we were able to raise over $250 for the IAPF and their much-needed efforts to help keep majestic animals like rhinos and elephants from disappearing from the wild.
There was even a mother-daughter winning combo in our raffle as the names of Cheryl and her daughter Nikki were both drawn, and they will be awarded the prizes of a Help Animals Survive in the Wild poster, a copy of my Wild About Animals photo book, and 5 Animal Info flat cards.
Thanks again to everybody who helped me plan and set up the event, assisted me with promoting the event, and came out to the event and purchased photo items and raffle tickets. I really do appreciate all of your support!
And a special thanks to the fine folks at the IAPF for allowing me to put on this event for them and for helping me put it together. It was a great honor being able to work with you all, and I definitely hope we can do it again some time!
Thanks again for everything, everybody! I really appreciate all the help and support I received with this first event and I can't wait to do the next one!
Best wishes to you all!
Joe
